Iranian officers enter Iraqi Army

Captain Mohamed Fouzi Al-Lami, a defected officer from Maliki’s military office, told Rafidain TV about the interventions of the Iranian regime in Iraq:

“Recently, a number of new officers have joined the Iraqi forces. They are specifically from the Dawa Party and were submitted to the Green Zone, Prime Ministry’s Office, Office of the Commander in Chief and the Baghdad Division …. Most of these individuals are not Iraqi and have only recently received their Iraqi citizenship. They have come from Iran and without entering any training courses, have been upgraded to a brigadier or colonel rank. This way they can take up security command posts.”
