In a shocking statistics, Rahmatollah Hafezi, an official of Tehran Municipality, acknowledged that there are 3000 women who sleep in the streets just in Tehran alone. According to Reza Jahangiri, another official of Tehran’s municipality, the average age of these women has declined to 17-18 years. He stated that the reason for the increase in the number of women who sleep in the streets is due to the spread of addiction.
Hafezi, Chair of the Health and Environment Commission in the city council, announced on Friday, November 21, that the number of tramps in Tehran is 15000. This regime official acknowledged that the clerical regime has not provided any shelter for these wretched women. This is at a time when the cold season has caused harsher conditions for the poor and in the past two weeks people in 14 provinces are living in difficult conditions due to the heavy snow and rain fall (Tasnim News Agency, affiliated with the terrorist Qods Force – November 21).
Meanwhile, Mostafa Fayzi, head of Inspection Organization of Tehran Municipality, confirmed that this municipality uses children to collect the trash. Regime’s News Network TV quoted mullahs’ regime census center that 1.7 million children are working in Iran.
Ms. Sarvnaz Chitsaz, Chair of Women’s Committee of the National Council of Resistance, expressed her abhorrence regarding the wretched condition of women who are victims of the mullahs’ tyranny and said: “This shocking statistics which in reality is far less than the actual numbers, is just a glimpse at the catastrophic condition that the evil rule of the mullahs has imposed on the Iranian people and in particular the defenseless women and children.”
The Iranian women and children have to live such a horrible life while just one of the foundations that belong to the regime’s supreme leader has plundered 95 billion dollars of Iranian peoples’ wealth and while in the power struggle among regime’s officials, greater dimensions of the plunder of the national wealth by various ruling factions is disclosed every day.
Ms. Chitsaz emphasized that as long as the criminal regime of the mullahs reigns in Iran, the cycle of livelihood of Iranians and the condition of women will spin on suppression, poverty and gloom. The sole solution for the emancipation of the Iranian people, especially women and children, from the misery caused by the mullahs is the overthrow of this anti-human regime. The struggle to attain this national aspiration is the foremost duty of every Iranian. This is a struggle where the free women of Iran are its vanguards and the 1000 women members of PMOI in Camp Liberty act as their guide.

Today, November 22, the hunger strike by 30 Kurdish political prisoners in Orumiyeh Prison entered its third day. They began their hunger strike in ward 12 of Orumiyeh Prison on Thursday to protest the transfer of ordinary prisoners to the political prisoners’ ward. The objective of transferring ordinary prisoners to the political prisoners’ ward is to intensify the pressure and suppression of the political prisoners, especially that the regime brings elements of its Mafia gangs under the cover of ordinary criminals to the political prisoners’ ward to intensify the torture of political prisoners.
The protesting prisoners are also demanding the return of 27 political prisoners that have been transferred to other wards in Orumiyeh Prison.
At the same time, regime’s court in Karaj City is planning to bring up fresh fabricated allegations against two Kurdish political prisoners by the names of Zaniar and Loghman Moradi as their current file is empty. To this end, mullahs’ regime’s intelligence elements have started to produce bogus documents in the city of Marivan (in Kurdistan Province).
In another development, 19 Baluchi political prisoners in the central prison of Zahedan have sent a letter to the international authorities and human rights organs to request dispatch of an international delegation to this prison to look into the abhorring prison conditions there.
The Iranian Resistance calls on all human rights bodies and organs to adopt effective measures to save the lives of political prisoners in Iran and to look into the demands of the striking prisoners and other political prisoners in Iranian regime’s dungeons.

Maryam Rajavi: Regime’s appalling human rights record must be referred to the Security Council
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, welcomed the United Nations General Assembly Third Committee’s adoption of 61st resolution censuring the flagrant and systematic violation of human rights in the Iran. “This resolution leaves no doubt that the appalling human rights record of the clerical regime must be referred to the Security Council for the adoption of binding and punitive measures and that those responsible for 120,000 political executions should face justice,” she said.
Mrs. Rajavi added: Although this resolution fails to include all aspects of the atrocities and crimes of the ruling theocracy, it makes it palpably clear that this regime has trampled on all 30 articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Moreover, the resolution underscores that the mullahs are violating the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the International Law.
The Iranian Resistance’s President-elect noted: The deteriorating trend of the human rights situation in Iran, such as the unprecedented rise in executions, the wave of state-organized acid attacks against Iranian women, the continuation of repression of religious and ethnic minorities, bloggers, reporters and activists demonstrate this regime’s fear of the growing public discontent.
These horrifying atrocities, whose systematic and deliberate nature have time and again been underscored in the UN resolutions, render illegitimate continued political, diplomatic and trade relations with the regime ruling Iran.. Appeasement of and concessions to this regime, writing letters to its criminal Supreme Leader, partnering with it in the fight against ISIS in Iraq, or remaining silent vis-a-vis the role of this regime and its affiliated terrorist militias in the massacre of Iraqi and Syrian people, only embolden it to continue with and intensify its atrocities.
This degree of indifference towards the mullahs’ brutality and suppression scars the conscience of humanity. Western government’s silence on the horrific crimes this regime has perpetrated against the Iranian people is the root cause for the expansion of terrorism, fundamentalism and warmongering by this regime throughout the region and endangers world peace and security.
We therefore emphasize that nuclear negotiations should not act as a pretext to turn a blind eye on the flagrant violation of human rights in Iran, Mrs. Rajavi emphasized.
Mrs. Rajavi also highlighted the resolution’s emphasis on the futility of repeated requests by UN Rapporteurs to visit Iran in the past nine years. She said that even if this regime were to accept UN inspectors to visit some of its nuclear sites, it shall never open the gates of its torture chambers to international observers because the world would see what the mullahs are committing behind the walls of prisons are a hundred times worse than what ISIS is doing.
As such, restoring human rights in Iran is solely possible through the overthrow of the ruling religious fascism and the establishment of democracy.

The anti-human siege on Camp Liberty takes on added dimensions with every passing day and Iraqi officers have ramped up their hampering in the transfer of patients.
On Tuesday, November 11, the Iraqi officers prevented three female patients from going to the hospital for their medical appointments. These officers also prevented the interpreters of two cancer patients from accompanying them. This compelled the patients to go to the hospital without an interpreter that caused them many problems.
On Wednesday, November 12, the Iraqi officers prevented two female patients from going to the hospital on the pretext that patients may only go to one hospital. These two patients had eye surgeries. This is the second time this week that the appointment for surgery of one of these patients is being cancelled and the Iraqi officers bar her from going to the hospital.
On this same day, the Iraqi officers also prevented the interpreters for three patients from going along, forcing the patients to go to the hospital without an interpreter.
Previously, in the period of November 3-8, the Iraqi forces also prevented the transfer of patients to the hospital upon fictitious pretenses. As a result, dozens of residents’ medical appointments that had been obtained with great difficulty were cancelled.
These restrictions are being imposed at a time that 53 patients suffering from eye diseases are waiting for surgeries but have not been transferred to the hospital due to the hampering of the Iraqi forces.
The Iranian Resistance warns about abovementioned measures and in view of the commitment of the U.S. government and the United Nations with regard to the security and well-being of Camp Liberty residents, calls for an urgent intervention by the U.S. and UN to end these suppressive measures and to completely annul this criminal siege and to secure the free access of residents to medical services.

Iran: Angry demonstrations by people of Esfahan and Tehran against anti-human crime of splashing acid by regime’s elements on women 2 video clip
Maryam Rajavi hailed the protesting people of Esfahan and Tehran and called on all people to join the national movement in defense of women
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, hailed the people of Esfahan and Tehran for demonstrating to protest the anti-human crime by mullahs’ regime against the women of our homeland and called on all Iranians, especially the women and the youth, to join the national movement in defense of Iranian women. The crumbling regime of Velayat-e faqih, engulfed in internal and external crises is trying to avert the explosion of people’s wrath by resorting to these heinous crimes and creating an atmosphere of terror and fear.
Mrs. Rajavi called on the international community to condemn this anti-human crime by mullahs’ regime and to adopt immediate measures through the UN Security Council to stop these crimes. She stated that the silence by the international community in face of these tragedies, for whatever reason, virtually encourages this regime and gives it a free hand to continue with these crimes in Iran.
On Wednesday, October 22, the angry people of Esfahan and Tehran staged an extensive demonstration in protest to the barbarity of mullahs’ regime organized criminal gangs in splashing acid on women and girls.
In Esfahan, despite closing down the streets where demonstration was taking place, extensive security provisions, and the heavy presence of suppressive elements, this demonstration was held with a dense crowd in Nikbakht Street across from the Justice building and also in the Chaharbagh Street. Similarly in Tehran, despite suppressive provisions, demonstration was held across from the parliament.
The demonstrators shouted: “You victimized sister, you will remain in our heart”, “You worse than ISIS; you splash acid on us”, “Our parliament is our shame, our shame”, “Death to the one who splashes acid… death to one who splashed acid”, “Veiling cannot be achieved by coercion”, “With or without veil, we don’t want splashing of acid”, “The right of woman for security? Splashing acid, atrocity”, “Misogynic laws should be annulled”, “Public prosecutor be ashamed and leave your position”, and “Security forces, where are the eyes of my sister?”
Maryam Rajavi calls on international organizations in defense of human rights and women’s rights to condemn this blind state terrorism and press the clerical regime to end this barbarism against Iranian women
The victims of the new wave of acid attacks by organized criminal gangs affiliated to the Iranian regime reaches to at least 25 in cities of Isfahan, Kermanshah and Tehran.
The attackers splashed acid on the faces of 15 women and girls in city of Isfahan. In the latest of these crime in the city, acid attack killed a young woman on Sunday (October 19).
The young woman was walking with two others in Isfahan’s sheikh Sadoog when they were target of acid attack. The young woman died due to injuries received on her chest but the two others who received injuries in their faces and hands were transferred to hospital.
The victims of the heinous crime that have suffered major injuries and are in danger of losing their eye sight are deprived of receiving adequate treatment.
Contradictory remarks by clerical regime’s officials unveil the regime’s role in this crime. While on Saturday night number of these criminals carrying bottles of acid were captured by people in a car accident in Isfahan’s Mehrdad street and handed over to local police station, speaker of the regime’s judiciary, Mohseni Eje’i, announced that no one has yet been arrested in connection with acid attacks in Isfahan. Hours before his announcement, speaker of the Interior Ministry, Morteza Mir-Bagheri, declared that three or four people had been detained in Isfahan in connection with the attacks. Gholamreza Shahriari, one of the officers of the security forces in Isfahan, also announced that some links had been identified but no one been arrested yet.
The regime is trying to prevent spread of reports about these heinous crimes by intimidating the families of the victims and hospital nurses and staff. Reporters are also prevented from going to hospitals to see the victims. These measures unveil the ominous intentions of the regime to allow these attacks to continue.
On the other hand, amid internal fighting between various factions of the Iranian regime, Iran’s State News Agency ISNA revealed on 21 October that two months ago on another occasion eight women and men were attacked by splashing acid on them while waiting in a bus stop and were taken to hospital. Also, live witnesses in Tehran have revealed that some criminal agents brought up and backed by mullahs have splashed acid on women at least on two occasions.
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, expressed deep sympathy with the victims of this catastrophe and called on all human rights bodies and women's rights defenders to condemn these cruel atrocities committed by the clerical regime’s organized criminal gangs. She said: International community’s silence in the face of these brutalities under whatever pretext is tantamount to encouraging the mullahs’ regime and leaving the path open for it to continue these atrocities in Iran.
She stated that the clerical regime’s savage crimes against women alongside the rising number of mass and arbitrary executions makes it even more vital to refer the dossier of savage and systematic violation of human rights in Iran to the UN Security Council. Those responsible for these crimes including splashing acid on innocent and defenceless women and young girls who are undoubtedly traced back to the office of Khamenei, Supreme Religious Leader of this regime, must be put on trial and punished.
She added that the medieval clerical regime that is fearful of mounting popular discontent, especially that of women and the youth, is attempting to prevent the explosion of their wrath through these brutalities and intimidations. She called on all Iranians particularly the brave youth to expand their protests against this savagery under the pretext of tackling “mal-veiling” and to defend the victims.

Camp Liberty: Iraqi forces deprive residents of forklift trucks forcing them to carry heavy loads with their hands or on their backs
An anti-human torture in 21st century that has caused residents severe orthopedic diseases
The Iraqi forces continue to prevent residents from using their own forklift trucks. As a result of this anti-human measure, residents are forced to carry heavy loads with their hands or on their backs. (Pictures enclosed)
After the Iraqi forces prevented the transfer of dozens of forklift trucks from Ashraf to Camp Liberty, following numerous referrals by the residents to the United States and the United Nations authorities, in a trilateral agreement in November 2012 between UNAMI, the residents, and the Iraqi government, two forklift trucks were transferred from Ashraf to Camp Liberty. The Iraqi forces refused to hand over these two forklift trucks to the residents and it was decided that the forklift trucks be kept at the police battalion to be given to the residents on a daily basis and returned back at the end of the work.
From the outset, the Iraqi intelligence hampered the daily use of the forklift trucks and in practice gave the forklifts trucks to residents only every few days. It is now, however, over four months that despite daily referrals by the residents, the Iraqi forces refuse to give them the forklift trucks. The Iraqi intelligence agents have taken the forklift trucks to their own place and are using them.
Obstructing residents from using their own forklift trucks as the simplest equipment to carry loads is nothing but an anti-human torture in the 21st century. The residents are therefore coerced to constantly carry heavy loads with their hands or on their backs that during the recent months has caused severe backaches and hand aches, as well as osteo-diseases among many residents.

Camp Liberty : Six hour delay and obstructions to transfer a critical patient to hospital by Iraqi forces
A patient who had recently had brain surgery and suffers from heart problem had to change nurse and translator six times
In an inhumane measure, Iraqi forces based in Camp Liberty prevented a critical patient to be transferred to hospital this morning.
A female patient who underwent a brain surgery two weeks ago developed a heart problem this morning and had to be rushed to hospital without any delay according to the medical doctor based in the camp’s clinic operated by Iraq.
The Iraqi forces demanded for the patient’s interpreter and the nurse to be changed. After the interpreter and the nurse were changed, they once again claimed that the new ones are not acceptable either; so the residents changed them again. The Iraqi forces repeated this despicable game six times in order to introduce as much delay as possible in the transfer of the patient. Repeated contacts with UNAMI, UNHCR and the U.S. Embassy by the residents’ representatives to resolve this humanitarian problem led nowhere. The clear objective is nothing but to torment to death the patients and to psychologically torture all residents.
Moreover, today, the Iraqi forces prevented the transfer of five more patients to the hospital. Three of these patients had appointments for eye surgery with specialist physicians at the hospital and thus they all missed their appointments for surgery that they had arranged after many weeks.
The criminal medical blockade is being implemented under the supervision of Faleh Fayad. So far, he has tormented to death twenty-one residents of Ashraf and Liberty. If the residents had free access to medical services, most of them would have been saved.
Given the repeated and written commitments by the U.S. government and the United Nations regarding the security and well-being of Camp Liberty residents, the Iranian Resistance calls for their immediate intervention to end this anti-human blockade and to secure the free access of residents to medical services. These measures are blatant and serious violation of international conventions and clear cases of crime against humanity whose perpetrators should be held accountable.

The Iranian Resistance calls on the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Human Rights Council, as well as all international human rights organizations to strongly condemn the execution of prisoner of conscious Mr. Mohsen Amir Aslani on mullahs’ fabricated charge of “corruption on earth; changing Islam’s principles and secondary laws; and new interpretation of Quran”. It further calls for adoption of binding decisions against the growing number of arbitrary executions by the religious fascism ruling Iran.
Mr. Amir Aslani, 37, who had been in prison since eight years ago, was once sentenced to four years in prison which was later commuted to twenty-eight months. However, as more fabricated charges were brought against him, the head henchman Judge Salavati condemned him to death.
This criminal execution was carried out while the clerical regime and its leaders are the foremost individuals who with the massacre of the Iranian people and destruction Iranian people’s wealth have committed the most corruption on earth, introduced the greatest alterations to Islam, and have related their atrocities to religion and Quran.
The mullahs’ regime is refraining from handing over the body of this prisoner to his family through stonewalling and offering contradictory answers to them.
This atrocity was committed while Mullah Rouhani is famous these days among the Iranian people as the “president of execution” with over 1000 executions in his disgraceful record. He has now travelled to New York to buff up the appearance of this criminal regime.

For second consecutive day, dervishes and their families assemble near mullahs’ regime Prosecutor’s Office; 800 are arrested
Following yesterday’s arrests, a large number of dervishes from various cities went to Tehran to express their solidarity with those arrested. They assembled near the regime’s Prosecutor’s Office in Behesht Street since this morning, September 21.
The Intelligence agents and anti-riot guardsmen have cordoned off hundreds of them in Behesht Street in order to prevent the protest gathering of Gonabadi dervishes for the second straight day. The shouting by the protestors, dozens of whom women, is heard from this area.
These gatherings are in protest to the oppression of dervishes and in particular in solidarity with nine imprisoned dervishes who have gone on hunger strike in the Tehran Evin Prison and in Shiraz Nezam Prison. The protestors are demanding to meet with their imprisoned relatives who are in critical condition after three weeks of hunger strike.
A number of political prisoners in Gohardasht Prison issued a communiqué and expressed their solidarity with the demands of the imprisoned dervishes and their families. They expressed their concern for the widespread arrest of the dervishes and wrote: “What crime have they committed? ...Is moderation and heroic flexibility just for the forces of foreign powers, but the share of Iranian people and citizens, and even the dervishes who are Muslims and believe in 12 Shia Imams only the gallows, torture, oppression and prison?”
Yesterday, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, voiced her deep abhorrence for the anti-human and anti-Islamic measures by leaders of the Velayat-e faqih system against the innocent dervishes and called on all international bodies and human rights organs, especially the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, to adopt immediate measures to secure the swift and unconditional release of the arrestees, as well as the release of the imprisoned dervishes and to look into their demands. She called for the dossier of crimes of the religious fascism ruling Iran to be referred to the UN Security Council.
Call by Mrs. Rajavi for swift and unconditional release of all imprisoned dervishes
Mullahs’ regime suppressive forces arrested 500 Gonabadi dervishes Saturday morning, September 20. They planned to gather at 11 a.m. in front of Tehran’s Prosecutor’s Office in solidarity with the imprisoned dervishes who are on hunger strike. The families of the prisoners who are on strike and a large number of women and children are amongst the arrestees. They are requesting to meet their imprisoned families and relatives who are in critical condition after 21 days of hunger strike. They are saying that if their brothers are to be victimized in prison, they too would want to join them. Their sole crime is that they are dervish.
After the protest gathering was announced by the dervishes, on Saturday morning, the clerical regime dispatched a large number of IRGC, intelligence, security and anti-riot agents to the street leading to the Prosecutor’s Office in Ark Square (central Tehran). They closed down the street, as well as the exits of Tehran’s Bazaar metro, in an effort to prevent the formation of this gathering. They are preventing protesters from standing and even sitting in front of the Prosecutor’s Office. The families of the dervishes, particularly the women who resisted the coercions by the suppressive forces, were assaulted, insulted and battered.
Those apprehended were taken to various police stations, including police station 113 in the Bazaar, 107 in Palestine, 124 in Qolhak, 159 in Bee-sim (Shush), 130 in Naziabad, 109 in Baharestan, 114 in Qiassi, Narmak (Haft Hoz), 156 in Afsariyeh, 145 in Vanak, 181 in Karaj, 160 in Khazaneh, 106 in Namjou, 118 in Satarkhan, Majidiyeh, Khani Abad, 156 in Kian Shahr, 139 in Marzdaran, and 134 in Shahrak-e Gharb.
Nine of the imprisoned dervishes: Messrs. Hamidreza Moradi Sarvestani, Afshin Karampour, Farshid Yadollahi, Reza Entessari, Amir Eslami, Omid Behrouzi, Mostafa Daneshjou, Mostafa Abdi and Kasra Nouri have staged a hunger strike in the Evin and Shiraz prisons since August 31 to demand complete release of the dervishes’ community from prisons and for the regime to be held accountable for years of violation of dervishes’ rights. The imprisoned dervishes in recent years have been under great pressure by regime’s henchmen. In addition to physical tortures, on numerous occasions they have been transferred to ordinary prisoners’ ward or to solitary confinement and in a heinous and humiliating act, their mustaches have been shaved off.
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, expressed deep abhorrence regarding the anti-human and anti-Islamic measures by the leaders of the Velayat-e faqih system against the innocent dervishes and called on all international bodies and human rights organs, especially the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, to adopt immediate measures to secure the swift and unconditional release of all the arrestees, as well as the imprisoned dervishes, and to look into their demands. She also called for the referral of the dossier of crimes of the religious fascism ruling Iran to the United Nations Security Council.

17 executions in one day, including 5 public hangings, in Kerman, Shiraz, Marvdasht and Bandar Abbas
Mullahs’ Head of Judiciary: Who is Secretary-General to say stop the executions; these words are cheap, baseless and lack reasoning. Executions for corruption on earth is an internal matter
At dawn Thursday, September 18, seventeen prisoners were hanged in Kerman, Shiraz, Marvdasht and Bandar Abbas. Five of the victims (four in Shiraz and one in Marvdasht) were hanged in public. Eight prisoners in the Shahab Prison of Kerman were hanged collectively. Four prisoners were executed in Bandar Abbas prison.
On September 10, seven prisoners, mostly young men 21 to 24 years old, were executed in the cities of Karaj (public hanging) and Hamedan.
On September 1, fifteen prisoners were hanged in prisons of Hamedan and Zahedan and the Ghezel Hessar Prison of Karaj. Ten of those hanged were protesting prisoners in Ghezel Hessar Prison.
On August 26 and 28, thirteen prisoners were hanged in Bandar Abbas central prison in two groups of eight and five.
Mullah Larijani, the head henchman of regime’s Judiciary, who was speaking in reaction to the UN Secretary-General’s annual report that had referred to some aspects of the catastrophic situation of human rights in the clerical regime, said: “Who is this Mr. Secretary-General to say you should stop the executions? Who are they to say so? The death sentence for corruption on earth is an internal matter… many of the things that are said in an official report of an important international organization; these words are cheap, baseless and they lack reasoning… You are not allowed to say, even on human rights grounds, why we are faithful!”
The inaction by the international community, especially the Western countries, regarding the clerical regime’s crimes, including over 1000 executions since Mullah Rouhani assumed power, has emboldened the clerical regime to continue and ramp up torture, execution and suppression.
Iran’s human rights dossier should be referred to the United Nations Security Council. This is not just an essential step to stop the cycle of crime and execution, but is necessary for adherence to the values that the United Nations has been established to defend.

Responsibilities of the new Government of Iraq toward Camp Liberty residents in the framework of international law
Conference of NGOs in the margins of Human Rights Council session in Geneva:
Responsibilities of the new Government of Iraq toward Camp Liberty residents
in the framework of international law
On Thursday, September 18, in a conference in the margins of the current Human Rights Council in Geneva, political figures, representatives of international organizations and the Swiss parliament called the sanctions and restrictions imposed on Iranian refugees in Camp Liberty illegal as illegal and inhumane. They warned of the dangerous consequences of these sanctions and restrictions and called on the United States, the United Nations, and the Government of Iraq to respect their commitments vis-à-vis the refugees in Camp Liberty.
The speakers to this conference assessed the critical situation in the Middle East and the Arab World underlining the need to combat the unbounded and blind terrorism under the emblem of Islam that has targeted world peace and security.
Speakers welcomed the formation of an international coalition to combat extremist terrorism called ISIS and stated: The Iranian regime that has institutionalized through its revolutionary guards the export of fundamentalism and extremism has established another face of that same so-called ISIS “caliphate” for over three decades in Iran. They noted that not only the Iranian regime is no ally of the West in combating ISIS, but is itself a key part of the problem and has paved the way for this crisis. To engage Iran in this campaign or to cooperate with it in search of a solution to destroy this terrorist current should be a red line not to be crossed.
The conference underscored that the terrorist groups in Iraq such as the 9 Badr, the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, and the Kata’ib Hezbollah that are affiliated with Iran and are employed to massacre the Syrian people and the innocent Iraqis, particularly the Sunnis, have created the best fertile ground for the growth of terrorist groups such as al-Qaeda and ISIS. Therefore, confronting ISIS without cutting off the long hand of the Iranian regime and the terrorist groups affiliated with it will never bear fruit.
Speakers reiterated that to end the catastrophic situation in Iraq and to reach an enduring solution in the form of a stable pluralistic, secular and democratic Iraq, the West needs to brush aside its policy to ignore the Iranian meddling that has already been tested in Iraq.
This conference was held on the first anniversary of the September 2013 massacre of 52 refugees in Camp Ashraf by the Iraqi forces at the behest of the Iranian regime.
The speakers expressed concern for over 2700 Iranian refugees who face similar threats. They called on the United States and the United Nations to secure the rights of the residents based on their written commitments and the international law.
The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees reminded on August 5 that the residents of Camp Liberty are calling for their minimum rights on two fundamental issues: First, the provision of their safety and security and the acknowledgement of their rights as political refugees; and second, for the provision of humanitarian and human rights standards until the time that all of them leave Iraq. The speakers numerously drew upon the UNHCR statement.
In support for the rights of refugees in Camp Liberty, they emphasized on: the revocation of all restrictions against the provision of minimum security requirements and an end to all aggression against Camp Liberty residents by the Iraqi government and forces affiliated with the Iranian government; the complete annulment of the six-year blockade and free access of residents to medical and logistical services; declaring Camp Liberty a refugee camp; and an independent international probe into the six massacres and the criminal blockade of Ashraf and Liberty and an independent international probe into the slaughter of 136 residents in six massacres and the criminal blockade of Ashraf and Liberty, especially the September 1, 2013 massacre; and to establish, try and punish the perpetrators of these crimes.
Speakers accentuated that the provision of these rights is a clear test for the adherence of Government of Iraq to recognized international values and a distinct test of the United States and the United Nations in their relations with the new government in Iraq.
Sid Ahmed Ghozali, former Prime Minister of Algeria; Gilbert Mitterrand, President of France Libertés – the Danielle Mitterrand Foundation; Eric Voruz, member of Swiss Parliament and the Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe; Elizabetta Zamparutti, former Italian parliamentarian and President of the non-governmental association of Hands Off Cain; Parviz Khazai, the representative of the National Council of Resistance in Nordic countries; Gianfranco Fattorini, human rights activist; and Karen Parker, President of International Educational Development; offered speeches to this conference.

Iran: Dispatching club wielding vigilantes to various cities especially Tehran to suppress women and youth
The inhuman clerical regime has prepared a broad program to increase suppression of women and youth. In this regard, the head of Bassijis and vigilantes of “Ansar-e-Hezbollah” announced the mobilization of “mobile groups to promote virtue and prevent vice on a widespread level especially in Tehran.” The mission of these gangs of thugs is harassing people, especially women and young people under the mullahs-made pretext of "mal veiling". The range of suppressive measures is across the country, he said, but in Tehran the action field is very wide and the volume of operations would be high.
ISNA state News Agency reported about the record of actions of this suppressive force that “During completion of the organization, these groups have already started their mission in various parts of the city in preliminary form without having a media dimension, in the form of teams of several-dozen brothers and sisters”.
Revolutionary Guard Abdolhamid Mohtasham, the criminal Commander of "Ansar-e-Hebollah" by admitting the public hatred toward the regime and the Iranian Revolutionary Guards said "the weight of corrupts and their supporters in the society has changed against the religious people". He promised that "despite all the attacks of enemies and hypocrites ... day and night ... we suppress the mischief-makers and their supporters to remove them from the scene of action." He added: "If we don’t tackle this current, this corrupt current will stand against Hezbollah."
"Ansar-e-Hebollah" are groups of hooligans and thugs who are all revolutionary guards and related to the IRGC Intelligence. They played special role in suppressing the 2009 uprising of the people under the cover of plainclothes agents. Abdolhamid Mohtasham is among top Revolutionary Guards commanders, who is now engaged in commanding suppression and crime in plainclothes form.
Expansion of dispatching club-wielding thugs to various cities in Iran, especially Tehran, is the reaction of a moribund regime, which is faced on one hand with increasing social protests specially confrontation of youth with the regime’s suppressive forces, and on the other hand due to its inhuman and medieval nature is unable to meet minimum rudimentary demands of a frustrated people.

Dissemination of bogus reports on cooperation of PMOI with ISIS; making preparations and provocative measures for a great massacre in Camp Liberty; call on U.S. and UN to protect Camp Liberty
The terrorist Quds Force and the Iraqi forces under the command of the Iraqi Prime Ministry are making preparations for suppressive measures and further attacks on Camp Liberty in the recent weeks.
1. On June 26, Maliki dispatched a delegation to Tehran requesting military assistance and support for his third term as Prime Minister. In return, the Iranian regime asked for intensifying suppression of Camp Liberty.
2. Three officers involved in the Ashraf massacres, along with several intelligence agents, have been stationed in a location in the vicinity of Camp Liberty. Moreover, a number of agents of the Iranian regime’s terrorist Quds Force who cannot speak Arabic are also present with them in this same center.
3. Intelligence agents are present in all the police guard posts around the camp and by their orders the barrels of BKC machineguns are aimed at inside the camp.
4. Some of these agents hurl stones at the camp from these guard posts. Some of them speak Farsi and their voices can be heard from inside the camp.
5. Meanwhile, as stated in the statement of NCRI Foreign Relations Committee of July 5, the Iranian regime, with its Iraqi paid hands, are disseminating false reports and fictitious scenarios about cooperation between the PMOI and ISIS in order to politically pave the way to carry out a new bloodbath in Camp Liberty.
6. On June 28 and 29, Iranian regime’s news agencies and websites widely reported an utterly fabricated report, quoting “Iraqi intelligence sources” that “120 PMOI members are fighting alongside ISIS and the remainder of Saddam’s regime forces in Mosul… they have come from France and a number of Western countries and have entered Mosul through Turkey”. (ashraf-news.com, ISNA, Khabar Online, asriran.com, Young Journalists Club, etc.)
7. On June 30, the official website of IRINN affiliated with the state-run radio and television also repeated this news and wrote: “Around 120 members of PMOI with official uniforms are fighting alongside the Ba’athist-ISIS terrorists in Mosul.”
8. On July 1, mullahs’ regime news agencies quoted Abbas al-Bayati, an Iraqi legislator closely associated with Maliki, that “pertinent organs in Iraq have attained information that shows members of the PMOI who have come from European countries have joined the ISIS terrorist grouplet” and “if involvement of these elements in terrorist operations against the security forces in Ninawa Province are proven, the Iraqi government will firmly respond”.
9. On July 5, Awad al-Awadi, another element of the mullahs’ regime in the Iraqi parliament considered “entry of PMOI members in Mosul to join ISIS ranks” as a “threat to Iraq's security” and said that “Government of Iraq has the right to follow up this matter through international organs” and to issue “international arrest warrant through the Interpol” for the leadership of the PMOI.
10. On July 6, the Iraqi al-Alam newspaper that serves Maliki wrote that “it is three months that PMOI members are fighting alongside ISIS organization in Syria and Iraq”.
Measures by the terrorist Quds Force and its Iraqi paid hands around Camp Liberty, as well as the campaign to disseminate fabrications against the PMOI and feeding absurd fabrications such as cooperation of PMOI with ISIS, leave no doubt about the ominous intentions of the clerical regime against the residents of Camp Liberty. As such, the Iranian Resistance demands immediate action by the U.S. government and the United Nations for protection of Camp Liberty.

The clerical regime’s terrorist Qods Force and its puppet government in Iraq are disseminating false reports and fabricating bogus scenarios about cooperation between the People’s Mojahedin (PMOI/MEK) and the Islamic State of Iraq and Sham (ISIS) in a bid to exploit the current situation in Iraq and attack Camp Liberty and cause carnage.
To this end, the state-run news agency, ISNA, dispatched a totally false report on July 1, quoting Abbas Bayati, an Iraqi MP and a confidant of [Prime Minister Nouri] al-Maliki: “Relevant Iraqi agencies have obtained information that show members of the MEK who have come from Europe have joined ISIS” and that “120 MEK members have entered the province of Nineveh from Turkish borders to cooperate with ISIS.” ISNA added: “If the involvement of these individuals in terrorist operations against the security forces in Nineveh is proven, the Iraqi government will deal them a decisive response.”
According to information obtained from Iran, in schemes concocted by the Qods Force, a number of captured ISIS fighters have confessed that the MEK and ISIS have been coordinating in Europe such that after ISIS attacks Baghdad, it would free the residents of Liberty to use them in a war against the Iranian regime.
Simultaneous with these ludicrous lies, Iraqi forces, who are supposed to protect Camp Liberty, have pointed their machineguns toward the trailers inside the Camp and have increased their numbers.
Three officers who were directly involved in the massacres at Camp Ashraf and a number of Iraqi intelligence agents have been stationed next to Camp Liberty. A number of Quds Force operatives who cannot speak Arabic are present at this location.
At the same time, based on reports from within the regime, on June 26th, Maliki send a delegation to Tehran to ask for military assistance and the backing of the regime for his third term as Prime Minister. In return, the Iranian regime has demanded that Iraq step up its crackdown on the residents of Liberty.
On January 7, 2014 the NCRI had revealed that the Qods Force commander, Qassem Soliemani, had asked Maliki to order Iraqi forces – exploiting the current situation in Iraq - to put on ISIS uniforms and attack and massacre the residents of Liberty.
The NCRI’s Foreign Affairs Committee again warns of the ominous intentions of the Iranian regime and the Maliki government to eliminate the residents of Liberty. It calls on the U.S. government and the UN to take urgent action to protect Camp Liberty.

Iraqi TV channels and eyewitnesses report of transfer of paramilitary forces to Ashraf and the plundering of residents’ vehicles and property by government forces using flatbed trucks
At the same time, according to the locals and eyewitnesses, the Iraqi Prime Ministry agents are stealing the property of residents in Ashraf on a large scale. Since yesterday, they have prepared hundreds of residents’ vehicles to be loaded and taken out of Ashraf. Moreover, Iraqi forces have broken the seals on the warehouses and have loaded on flatbed trucks items such as personal protective gear (helmets and protective vests) bayonets, shoes and boots, medical equipment, etc. to take these items out of Ashraf. Every warehouse has three locks; one belonging to the Iraqi forces, one to UNAMI, and the third to the residents’ representative.
Systematic and large scale plundering of Ashraf residents’ property by Government of Iraq is not only an invasion of sites locked by the United Nations, but blatant breach of the August 16, 2012 quadripartite agreement (between the United States, Iraq, the United Nations, and the residents), as well as a violation of repeated commitments by the United States and the United Nations to the residents, including the joint plan of UN and U.S. for transfer of the remaining Ashraf residents to Camp Liberty on 5 September 2013 and the letter of September 6, 2013 of the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Ms. Jones to Mrs. Rajavi in this regard.
Given the abovementioned points, the Iranian Resistance calls for urgent action by the United States and the United Nations to prevent ridding residents of their property and the transfer of this property to the vicinity of Camp Liberty and placed under UNAMI supervision.
